Convenient spot near the Superdome with easy access to attractions. Had issues with parking fees and confusion over incidental charges. Staff was friendly and the rooftop pool was a nice bonus.

I had a rough stay; the room smelled strongly of smoke, and despite switching rooms, the second one wasn’t any better. The furniture was rusty, and the air conditioning was so loud I couldn’t use it at night.

The hotel's location near the Superdome is excellent, allowing easy access to fantastic restaurants and local attractions. The staff is friendly, and Steven at breakfast stood out for his exceptional service.

When we checked in at the Holiday Inn, I was hoping for a cozy stay. The room was nice and spacious, and I was relieved to see they had ironing facilities available. It's always a relief to quickly touch up clothes, especially when traveling. The heating in the room worked well, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was quite loud and couldn't be properly regulated, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest. I also found that the fridge froze some of the drinks I had bought, which was a bit frustrating. One thing I really appreciated was the presence of a coffee maker in the room. Starting the day with a nice cup of coffee really sets a good tone for my mornings. I was disappointed to find someone else's undergarment in the room - definitely not what I expected. The room had a flat-screen TV, which was a nice touch for winding down in the evening. the carpeted floor seemed a bit dirty and in need of a thorough vacuuming. the bathroom had some issues - the drain in the bathtub was slow, and there was a musty smell that made it hard to relax. Despite these hiccups, the staff were friendly and did their best to address the maintenance issues promptly.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows provided exceptional comfort, contributing to a good night’s sleep. Temperature control worked effectively, keeping the space cozy. there was some noise from the wall between the bathroom and kitchen area, which was a bit distracting. The ambiance felt outdated and the carpet was not very inviting. An odd issue with the shower curtain rod sliding down made the bathroom experience less enjoyable. Despite the cleanliness and comfort of the bedding, the overall room aesthetics could use a refresh for a more inviting atmosphere.

The food was top-notch—a true highlight. the mattress was uncomfortably hard, and the TV had signal issues. The front desk lacked the same friendly vibe, but Ingrid genuinely stood out as a beacon of helpfulness. Location-wise, while close to attractions, some areas felt a bit sketchy at times. Just a simple full-length mirror in the room could have made things perfect, but it was a memorable visit overall.

Central location. Close to bus and streetcar stops. That’s a win. The facilities were spotless, and breakfast was commendable. The pool area? But staff? Kind and helpful—positive interactions all around. The room? Not as booked, but comfortable nonetheless. I appreciated the refrigerator and microwave. hot water issues for two days? Disheartening. A heads-up would have been courteous. A rather intrusive housekeeping visit at 9 a.m. disrupted our rest, leaving doors ajar. And while the inability to combine breakfast with parking was inconvenient, the staff did allow a late checkout. Attention to these details could elevate the experience significantly.

Best place for unforgettable beignets and café au lait. I enjoyed savoring regional cuisine. I delighted in three meats, three cheeses, and fresh Po-boy bread.
I really enjoyed waiting an eternity for clean pool towels. Great way to meditate on life's mysteries.

Exploring Loyola Ave Streetcar was a breeze, with its vibrant jazz scene at Buddy Bolden Breezeway. The local murals and live performances truly immersed our family in the heart of New Orleans' music culture.
My children wanted a more interactive kids' play area.

The staff in the restaurant serve breakfast with a smile. The pool area is super inviting, and the entire place is kept clean and fresh.
Just beware of the elevators and keep your eyes peeled for some maintenance issues.

I loved that this hotel is within a 10-minute walk to the vibrant French Quarter and only a few steps from the Smoothie King Center and Mercedes-Benz Superdome, making it perfect for concert-goers and those looking to enjoy the city's nightlife; plus, the spacious rooms and friendly staff were an added bonus. While the coffee shop offers a good start to the day, the overall dining options could have been better.

The location was perfect for my event, with amazing restaurants just a stroll away! My room was cozy with a delightful city view, and the hot breakfast was a tasty treat. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special; I felt right at home!

We rode the Loyola Ave Streetcar – so cheap and easy! Then we hit up Buddy Bolden Breezeway for some sick jazz vibes. The street art was fire, and the music had us groovin' all night. Total party atmosphere - we were living our best lives, no cap!
Only thing missing? A rooftop bar at the hotel!

holiday inn in new orleans was excellent. the staff couldn't have been more helpful. the location was brilliant not far to walk to the french quarters. the room was big with very comfortable beds and had a fridge and microwave which was very handy. very clean -nice lobby, wide, well lit corridors, and rooms were all great. free wifi worked great. pillows were wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. definitely plan on using it again.

The location was fantastic, just a 5-10 minute walk to vibrant restaurants in the French Quarter. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the amenities like the fridge and microwave, and the hot shower was a nice touch.
The front desk charged my account early and added unexpected fees. The TV reception was spotty due to a recent service change, causing inconvenience.

the room was clean and mrs. margaritta from housekeeping was outstanding. the hotel is super close to the superdome/smoothie king center, and the staff gave great local tips. we loved having steven and sierra in the morning to chat with.

Rooms were very big and recently updated. Within a 10-minute walk to the French Quarter and Superdome, perfect for exploring. Enjoyed the coffee shop to kickstart the day and the friendly staff who were always ready to help.
Upon arrival, we noticed a lack of cleanliness with footprints on the walls and spill marks on the door. It felt like the room hadn't been properly cleaned.

Our group of friends had a great stay at this modern hotel in a great location! The price was affordable, and the services provided onsite were top-notch. We loved the 24-hour reception and security, as well as the bar and pool area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the balcony and the view. The hotel was within walking distance to the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, and other major tourist sites.
Encountered a situation where a roach was found in the microwave, and the housekeeping response could have been more proactive.
